Has anyone tried a Mindfulness approach to eating.5 years ago I did CBT and started Mindfulness exercises for my mind.Today mindfulness just feels normal and like part of my life. It is who I am now.My eating however is taking me back a bit. I wonder if I compensate my over active brain with food now, instead of thoughts...?So I have just been researching Mindfulness Eating...It sounds like a lovely and calm way to be with food. Has anyone tried it? Used it as a path way to more healthy eating? Taken it on and made it part of themselves so that they don't feel like food is an issue anymore?Be great to hear people's opinions.
