Disneyworld without a gain - is it possible on SW

10 days until 2 weeks in Disneyworld with DH, DC's & friends. Staying in Disney hotel & on a dine plan. 2 yrs ago I put on about 10lb. I've been struggling a bit with weight - go to Slimming World & it's coming off slow but sure so don't want to undo several weeks of effort. What are your top tips. So far myself I've come up with: refusing the bread waiters bring you before you're barely sat at the table; trying to stick to fresh fruit & yoghurt for breakfast; black coffee in Starbucks; plan trip to Cheesecake Factory for end of hols so I've got a treat to earn & look forward to.
I was looking at some menus but I was getting bamboozled at the choice
So anyone else got any tips?

If it's buffet style put the third salad or veg on first. Avoid bread. Only have one plateful.

The food is dreadful. I doubt you'll have trouble not eating it.

I’d say poached or boiled egg with lots of veg and maybe some smoked salmon in the morning in addition to your yoghurt. Then lunch can be a light raw veg salad without any dressing. Drink loads of water. Walk lots. For dinner go with meat and veg without sauces/dressings etc.

I'm not ignoring you Owlina. I'm just about to board a flight - its not Disney related.

Have a good day.

Actually the food can be very varied and the quality varies hugely between the different eateries. Some of the restaurants on the vast resort are very good quality.

Depending on where you book to eat you can eat healthily and eat well. It really depends what and where you book. The restaurants and their menus are listed in the WDW website -take a look and book accordingly.

There is often salad and fruit available in most menus.
