Anyone want to join me in dumping a couple of stone?

I am a serial chocolate, cake and biscuit eater. It's turned me into a chubster and I don't like what I see.

I had planned to start on Monday, but all that I am really doing is putting it off and giving myself an excuse to pig out to excess before Mondays big start.

I'm starting as from right now!

I'm just going for a shower and I will dust off the scales and see the damage. I am afraid Smile

Hello sunshine, I'm glad that you have started your diet today.

What is your plan? I am just going to stop eating huge quantities of sweet food and start with trying to do 10,000 steps a day.

I weighed in earlier at 10'10. My belly is very round. Grin

I need to cut out sweet/sugar and start eating more regular/balanced meals. Because of my schedule I often eat on the go and it's completely rubbish! Hmm Need to maybe plan weekly meals and definitely could do with more steps!!! Grin
I seem to gain in my bum and thighs. I tried on my ski trousers and DH said 'Those look like they're bursting at the seems!' Shock Rude! ...but unfortunately, it's true!
I read that drinking water before meals helps to not eat so much. Maybe I'll try that tonight before dinner!! Grin
