I'm doing 5:2 at the moment but I'm also thinking of taking the best of slimming world as there are lots of great recipes but I'll ignore the muller light or the fact an avocado is a syn etc...would love to hear from people who did it !
I do the slimming world SP plan which is lowish carb and no mullers, mug shots etc.
I dont do 5:2 but i do do 16:8. Meaning i fast for 16 hours and my food is eaten in an 8 hour window. I do this most days. I do have an odd day where i go out for breakfast. Maybe once every 4-6 weeks.
Intermittent fasting really helped my bloating and digestive issues and i have been doing for a while. Though not for weight loss. I have lost a 13lb in 4 weeks.
