DP loses weight so very easily (the git) and I'm starting to worry about having to cook different meals for us!

Do you just plan sides/ garlic breads etc for family members not looking to lose weight?

Yeah. just give him extra food.

My DH is on slimming world. I have the same meals. Just some foods are different. For example my bread is the seedy stuff and I will use butter on my toast.

I still have whole milk, DH has skimmed :)

I'm also trying to lose weight at the moment, but my DP definitely doesn't need to lose weight. I don't know anything really about slimming world, so I don't know if this would work but I just give DP bigger portions and more sides. So I'll make a curry and I will just have it on its own, but I will give him rice with his. He also tends to have extra bread or a yogurt or something after a meal, and I don't.

Have the rice Spuriouser - it's free on the plan, and won't affect your weight loss.

DH can bigger servings and extra bread if he's hungry

I have this worry with dd1 - she's 9 and underweight. She loves the meals I'm making but I'm worried that if I'm losing weight on them she will too! She's having different desserts and I'm adding cheese to her meals plus full fat milk to drink but I do worry I'm putting my health above hers.

Sw is a healthy eating plan rather than diet. So eating 3 well balanced and healthy meals isn't going to have a detrimental effect on the rest of your household. The only thing you need to watch is that the rest of the family are getting enough "healthy extras" as obviously they don't need to be measuring and limiting their intake.

I do slimming world. But the SP plan which is more like lowish carb.

Dh is slim so he has extra sides. He and the kids have whole milk. I dont weigh their cheese etc. Dh hasnt lost weight and the kids are still a healthy weight.

There is no reason anyone health has to come first. It can all be balanced.
