Hi Folks
Got two stone to lose....
How's this looking for day one? because im just starving and no idea what im doing wrong
At 11am I had chicken and veg soup, this brought carbs up to limit for th day
at 1pm small avocado, slice of ham, slice of cheese
at 4pm half a small mackerel fillet
dinner tonight is steak
IM STARVING
