Healthy and filling lunch and snack ideas please

Apologies if this has been done already, I'm a pretty healthy eater generally, always eat a healthy low fat main meal in the evenings, am trying to shift around a stone, have increased my exercise but am struggling on the diet front particularly with finding some healthy and filling snacks and lunches, end up trying then getting so hungry that I reach for sugary snacks which defeats the purpose!
I'm not a massive fan of fruit and whilst I love salads and vegetables I find that if I eat them for lunch I'm hungry again within an hour!
Any ideas gratefully received!

I eat low carb as in 50-100grams during the week. Carbs I can just eat and eat and will never feel full. But eating this way satiates me, I've lost 2.5 stone since January. Typical lunch could be cauliflower rice, homemade keens.

Low carb. Low GI.
Avoid rice cakes and similar, crisps, weight loss snacks.
Egg salad or omelette with salad is good. The protein keeps you full.
Nuts, seeds and oily fruit are quite filling too.

Not on a diet but would like to lose a few pounds.

Thank you, think I need to introduce more eggs!

Omelette is good, stick a load of veg and some ham or chicken in it. Homemade soups can be nice and filling. I usually have a massive salad with some type of protein and boiled eggs. You could roast some veg and mix with some cooked cous cous or pasta or rice?
