I am 5ft 1 1/2 age 26 since having my now 2 year old son I have struggled to lose weight I have instead gained weight I am now 13 stone size 16 before my son i was 11 stone size 12. I am now classed as obese. I am a stay at home mum just came out of a controlling toxic relationship and want to get fit and healthy but I always fail as I am a comfort eater I eat when happy eat when sad eat when bored and it always bad stuff likes crisps and chocolate I can't help my self please help anyou advice would be appreciated. sad

I also had a c-section with my son so my tummy hangs down in the middle and on the side it's disgusting anyone know how to help the appearance of this please let me know.

Start with a food diary.
Right down everything you eat for the next week.
