I follow posts on mumsnet but post myself rarely. I wanted some advice on how to lose some weight. I am 37 and weigh 85 kg (13.3 st). I eat a lot of fruit and veg. I am vegetarian. But I think struggle with portion control. Manage a 30 min walk daily. I want to start some sort of program. My doctor recommended weight watchers. Has anyone on a veg diet found success with it? I am confused and didn't find their website helpful. Not sure if I take an online plan how will it encourage me to diet etc. Any advice. Thanks for reading my post.
