There's some really helpful weight loss threads knocking around. My tactic is to log everything on mfp after working out calorie deficit, never feel hungry and treat myself but don't sabotage myself at weekend.

Hi so I'm currently 168lbs at 5ft 4 my totally weight loss goal is 30lbs however I have a dress fitting in September and would like to lose as much weight as possible.

Anyone got any diet/exercise plans/advice?
