Fitness survey - your help needed

Hello everyone. I’m Glenn and new to Mumsnet. My fiance and I are expecting our first in Feb next year! Very excited. I'm also in the process of qualifying as a fitness/well-being instructor and wanted to ask for your valuable help with a survey I’ve put together to help inform a thesis I’m writing on new approaches to keeping fit/improving well-being.
