I bought it the other day to read whilst sunbathing, and I'm going to give it a shot, seeing as the food it suggests is all stuff I like!

I would be happy to join in.I've started a thread in Health about its use to control Ibs symptoms.At the moment I'm following it to help my symptoms rather than as a losing weight diet.Though that is the ultimate aim!
