I'm 5"4 and 11st10, have a 10 month old baby. Was 11st3 before getting pregnant then gained 3 stone!! The weight has been coming off slowly but I really need to kick start it now to get down to a healthy weight of 10st6 preferably for my holiday in 9 weeks. Most mornings before the baby gets up I've been doing a 30 minute work out video then limiting my calories to between 1200-1500 a day. Anyone else on a holiday count down with a similar amount to lose?
