For context: early 20's, always been quite overweight (BMI 28 at booking in appointment) but I'm tall and its distributed reasonably well so people are always shocked when I tell them what I weigh Was a size 14-16 pre-pregnancy, fluctuating between 189-196lbs.
Fast forward to 30 weeks pregnant and I'm up to 220lbs - I can't seem to control it. I've been sticking to a decent diet, some treats and tracking everything on My Fitness Pal and making sure my calorie intake balances out with my calories burned on my Fitbit Charge HR. It worked for me up til recently but the last month or so I'm gaining lots of baby weight. Probably going to have about 2st to lose after I've had the baby. I'm planning to breastfeed.
I really wanted to ask:-
How much weight do you find comes off naturally?
How long did it take until you could exercise again? I'm a big fan of HIIT workouts - squats, press ups etc at home - and yoga.
If you had a similar amount to lose, did it take a long time or was it reasonably easy?
Any tips?
