Losing weight during pregnancy

This could have gone in either weight loss or pregnancy so apologise if I've posted wrong!

Basically I'm currently 19+1 and I'm getting married in 5 weeks. I'm 5'8 and (as of a couple of weeks ago) 12st1lb. Haven't dared weigh myself for a while.

I'm really depressed about my weight. I don't like going out or meeting up with friends. My entire life I was unable to gain weight, and was often referred at school as being 'the really skinny one'. (People I use to go to school with have referred to me as this to MIL recently) and it wasn't until I had a miscarriage last year that I piled it on. I desperately needed to gain a few lbs, but I went from 9/10 stone to 12/13 in a matter of months. Due to the sudden weight gain and my slim figure beforehand, it's extremely noticeable and I'm so so embarrassed about anyone seeing me. Every thought is, 'are people thinking how much weight I've gained?' And 'is this angle unflattering'. It's really ruining my life and I'm struggling even more now as I can't lose weight as no matter what I'm getting bigger due to my baby bump.

I'm dreading my wedding day. I know my partner adores me, but I'm constantly wondering if he is having second thoughts because of my weight gain and I'm so scared he'll be disappointed when I walk down the aisle because I won't be the slim woman he proposed too. I won't even go into the thought of having everyone look at me all day. I won't be a pretty bride.

Is there any way to safely lose weight whilst being pregnant? I'm eating well and have a fairly active job and I just don't know what else to do anymore. I'm so fed up of my life being taken over by my weight.

This is full of self pity, apologise for that!! Couldn't stop when I started!
