No loss on week 1... Stuck to 15 syns... Salad with meals... Cooked from scratch....Argh is b this normal?

I didn't lose much week 1, only 1.5lb. Lost a larger amount the following week. Are you drinking enough water? Are you making a third of your plate speed foods?

Yes third or more is speed food... Could drink more though hurt I'm not under drinking 🙁

15 syns is the maximum they recommend in one day. Try cutting back on these.

SW also allows a lot of carbs - did you eat a lot of pasta / potatoes / rice etc? Technically on the SW plan these are allowed in unlimited quantities but I don't lose weight eating them regularly.

Also how much do you have to lose? I think as badger says you probably have to cut it back a bit when you get nearer target.

Aah ok well I want to lose a stone...I did eat carbs, one day was practically an old school green day without the added 2 hex... Had slimming world egg, chips, beans and veggie rosemary sausages... Carb heavy. Had quorn chilli and rice, chicken and veg curry and rice... Salads for lunches and with meals if not enough veg b in them.... Will try to cut syns- find that hard already Hmm

If you are filling up on speed and free food then cutting syns shouldn't be too hard. That's how the plan works. I have around 6 a day and that's just sugar in my tea.

Have a look online for SW meal plans - there is some great inspiration.

I don't know how you have the control! 😥argh my syns are normally like a multipack bag of skips, 5g of sunflower spread in hex toast, a biscuit like bourbon or custard cream or Jaffa cakes.... But only ever 1 or 2... Will think of more just can't think right now lol

I know but I'm within my syn amount and thought the whole pointbwas not to think of calories but to follow plan 😥ah well will cut syns down
