am 14 stone and 5ft 7. I have tried every diet under the sun and the cycle goes like this. Start diet in earnest. Stick to it rigidly Lose a decent amount in first two weeks Stop losing weight or it slows down Little to no weigt loss for 3 to 4 weeks, lose heart, fall off wagon Repeat.
It's so disheartening. It happens every time.
Any advice from those of you who have been there done that?
What diets are you doing? Are you being too strict? You sound like you need to build the chance to have a few treats into the diet to stop you giving up so quickly. You might lose weight a bit slower but find it easier to stick with.
