After 3st and reaching a size 6/8 I'm finding it hard to stick to my diet! I'm now fairly lean and workout in average 9 hours a week. I've only got 6lbs left to lose. One part of me says that excercise itself will take care of that and that I should stop worrying about it. Another part of me says that it's only three weeks and after that i can just relax and excercise on its own will help me maintain my weight. I'm just so hungry! Sometimes not always though!
