I haven't but will lurk with interest. Both me and DS (aged 7 I'm ashamed to say, poor love. Feel so guilty) need to lose weight. I've just been cutting out carbs for him, smaller portions and replacing 'treats' with fruit and veg. I'm doing a vlcd to kickstart me because I need to lose 3.5St for a healthy bmi.
This time four years ago we were both tiny, I feel as if I've really, really fucked up.
