Your true weight? (Light hearted!)

If i weigh myself when i get up, i am always 3-4 lbs lighter than i am in the evening. The next morning , i am usually back down again!
If i am asked my weight, i always go for the lighter option(😂) but don't really know what i weigh. Should i just calculate an average?
Does anyone else fluctuate within a day?

I lost 7lbs once just by doing a poo. You're lighter in the morning because there's no food or drink in your stomach. I would always go by my morning weight. My advice- only weigh yourself in the mornings and never the evenings then you'll never know any different grin

Its the food you eat and fluid you drink during the day that adds the extra pounds (I thought this would be screamingly obvious but hey ho). I also go by my morning weight.
