If i weigh myself when i get up, i am always 3-4 lbs lighter than i am in the evening. The next morning , i am usually back down again! If i am asked my weight, i always go for the lighter option(😂) but don't really know what i weigh. Should i just calculate an average? Does anyone else fluctuate within a day?
I lost 7lbs once just by doing a poo. You're lighter in the morning because there's no food or drink in your stomach. I would always go by my morning weight. My advice- only weigh yourself in the mornings and never the evenings then you'll never know any different
