I've done it before, did about 6 weeks and lost about 7lb. It's crept back on and I need to get back on it. Overall I would like (need) to loose about 2st. I found 5:2 worked for me but I just got bored and fed up. I can cope in the day but I do need to eat some sort of evening meal to at least mean I'm not starving all evening.
If you're veggie or mostly follow a veggie diet on your fast days, can you talk me through your days please?
Can't stomach cucumber, but that's the only thing I don't like. Love spicy food, would prefer to minimise cooking too much from scratch on those days as that makes me grumpy but stuff I can prepare and freeze or make easily?
