I need to lose weight. I know what to eat. I can't make myself do it!!! I need something to help me with the emotional aspect I think... any suggestions for books for me to read to help me?
Just in case any weekend mumsnetters know any...
I've used I Can Make You Thin by Paul McKenna before with some success. It comes with a hypnotherapy CD. It's all sensible stuff like stopping eating when you are full.
