I have lost lots of weight recently due to illness (sounds good, still not worth the illness...) and although I hated my fat tummy, at least it was firm, I am not keen on my now flabby cellulitey one! I look much better with my clothes on when I can tuck it all in, but would love to do something to tone up for the summer so I don't have to wear loose clothes all the time. Anyone found a solution? I have heard swimming is good for toning skin. Still recuperating at the moment, but should be able to start some gentle exercise in a few weeks time. Yoga? Pilates?
