I am ever so worried about excess skin after weight loss. I have lost 2 1/2 stone so far with another 3/4 stone to lose and I dread the thought of a flabby hanging down stomach. I have had 2 children via cesarean so my stomach isn't ever going to go back to being completely flat (not that it ever was!) just wondering what can I do to help or if anyone has any advice.
