Need to do more exercise. Would anyone like to join me? (we can do it virtually)

I eat healthy, and walk to work but I know I need to do more exercise. I've fallen off the wagon recently.Between work and the kids a gym will not work for me and I find running so boring.

I read a moving article on the BBC last week about how we need to be more active people and even though I'm happy with my body I know I need to move and exercise more.

I know that it will help my metabolism, mental health, sleep patterns and heart, but it can be a bit lonely doing it alone sad

SO: I've just set up a tribe on flex and I'm looking for other mums to come on the journey with me!?

We can support and congratulate each other through our journeys :D

Jane I know, but I don't have many other choices. I think if we're all working together it'll be totally different.

How did you make the tribe, I can't find it?

EllieGbbro Good point, you need to request it from the tribe page itself.

The flex team asked me if I wanted to join a tribe and I emailed back saying I want my own. Just respond to one of their emails saying you want your own for your friends

I'll request to join. I started cycling again in January and have recently been going to the gym (have lost nearly 2 stones since Christmas and have just over one to go). I need pushing though as am very lazy!

I've lost 5 stone in the last year. Obviously my food intake was a major factor but exercise quickly became important. From short walks (omg I was unfit!) to swimming I then started Zumba. Then spin. Now I also do Strong by Zumba, kettlebells and am running.
