Shopping for smaller sizes

Hello!

So far I've lost close to 3st (I'm 5'3''), and have gone from a large 14, to 8-10 (even 6 at Primark!) Anyways, I'm still classified as overweight and I'd love to lose at least 10lbs. I noticed that some shops only go as low as size 8, and I reckon I'll probably end up being a size 6. So where could I shop for those??? Ta!!

Next do a size 6 I think. Lots of the shops aimed at younger shoppers so new look, h&m etc as well.

Well done on your weightloss! How though can you be still 'overweight' if you're a size 8? Where would another 10lbs even come from??

Gosh. I bet though that will go as your body catches up with the weightloss IYSWIM!? It's probably just skin!

No idea... I wonder the same thing, no bragging but I'm somewhat toned and at a size 8 it's kind of puzzling... This shows how going by BMI only is so inaccurate

Is it your current BMI that means you want to lose another 10lbs?

Unless you are builder, a serious standard athlete, in the forces, or do some other really physical occupation, BMI is very unlikely to be wrong because usually the only thing that skews it is musculature significantly beyond that already allowed for in the range.

Unfortunately, these days, clothes size is utterly meaningless in terms of how big you are as it just varies so much and is chosen by individual manufacturers.

You could try the smaller sizes in Uniqlo (XS/S), Hollister (not all of it makes them look like a teenager), or do on holiday to the Far East and stock up (as the smaller average body frame sounds nearer to your size than the European average).

Or post the actual number of cms/inches you require , because that might be easier to help you find.

And congratulations on the weight loss!

Yeah i bought a dress at Hollister and was a jeans size 26 . I have a 26 inch waist and 34c boobs. I do train daily and run at least 5k!
