Have lost 13lbs in the last month. Have pretty much the same to lose to get to goal (which I want to achieve by mid May). Have been doing strict 1200 cals a day/MFP/moderate low carb and it's working a treat.
Out tonight for a rare night out to my favourite Thai street food restaurant and want to enjoy myself but not jeopardise my weight loss.
Does this sound like an ok plan?
Chicken satay skewers x 2 small. The peanut sauce is separate so can have a small amount.
Red pork bao x 1. These are incredible but calorific and bready.
Salt and pepper squid. Half a portion.
Whole grilled sea bass with vegetables, no rice.
Wine.
Have just had a good sized healthy breakfast that will keep me going till dinner and am going to do the 30 day shred in a bit to claw back some calories .
Does anyone else seriously overthink their social life when trying to be healthy?
