Yes!

Balonder · 26/03/2017 18:37

I'll join you. Have 2+ stone to lose. Am reading Louise Parker at the moment and I like her approach. What are you thinking?

Titsywoo · 26/03/2017 18:38

Yep :) Well to be fair I started it 2 months ago but have been up and down so much that I've only lost 10lbs. I have another 4 to lose! I'm going to do low carb apart from the days I work out (I do HIIT circuits classes 3 times a week but I need to up that to 5 or 6).

What's your plan?

Titsywoo · 26/03/2017 18:38

4 stone not 4lbs left to lose (sadly!)

LooksBetterWithAFilter · 26/03/2017 18:40

YES! I've been making a half hearted attempt recently and lost 4lbs but I need a kick up the arse so having to admit my weight to other people will definitely help.
I have about two stone I really want to lose but could comfortably lose three but that seems like loads right now.

AnotherYellowBelly · 26/03/2017 18:44

I'm in! Got about 2 stone to lose, but will feel much better after one! Would love to get there by summer.
I go to the gym 4 times a week and do some cardio but mostly strength work. I just can't get my eating under control!
Going to stick to 1200 cal a day to hopefully see 2lb off a week and out of the 10 stones before my hol at the end of April.

namechange20050 · 26/03/2017 18:44

Yes! Me please! I'll be doing the 5:2 from tomorrow. I need to lose about 10 pounds which I know isn't much but it's really stubborn baby weight that I haven't been able to shift.

MrsDustyBusty · 26/03/2017 18:46

Yeah. I'm in. I need support. This heft is going nowhere unless I get serious. I'm going to do the gastric band combined with ww points (download an app).

walruswhiskers · 26/03/2017 18:49

Yup - I'm going to get back on to the Louise Parker method which I found v successful a few months ago. I haven't regained much but need to get going towards losing another half stone or so before Easter.

Dollface7 · 26/03/2017 18:58

Yay!!! Look at us all!!! In the space of a few minutes!!Im trying to make a promise to myself here....we have to keep updating how we are doing...I last logged on in October...whats changed: I realised I hadn't put up as much weight as I thought...so I celebrated by putting on more.... what's that done for me? Zilch, its just made things worse!!!! I do protein only, I know it works, so I am going to do that one...its vvv sought (what diet isn't i hear you say and equally yawn at). Ive about 6 stone... i may end up talking to internet space land as all you folk may have finished by the time I'm done... but I want to get married this year and be "dress ready" but more than anything mentally better. Lets go go go!!!

Dollface7 · 26/03/2017 18:59

tough ...not sought.... more like fraught....

OP posts:
mylongawaitedlife · 26/03/2017 19:01

Yes :) 2 stone to lose

Dollface7 · 26/03/2017 19:01

LooksBetterWithAFilter.... I think lets not think of the 1, 2 or 3 stone...lets do it... and we will loose no matter what... well done for losing the 4 pounds!! Starting is the hassle. I lost 4 and half stone in 5 months about 6 /7 years ago...I kept it off and only went up and down a small amount...but the last two years have been a real struggle and I have put it back on...and more...but its irrelevant now, as either way healthy eating is required...

MrsDustyBusty · 26/03/2017 19:03

What's the Louise Parker method? I've never heard of it, but it seems like loads of you have been successful with it.

Dollface7 · 26/03/2017 19:04

Rufus.... high tea ending...to a perfect new start... ok whats your plan?

OP posts:
Dollface7 · 26/03/2017 19:04

what's your plan my longawaitedlife?

OP posts:
monkeyfacegrace · 26/03/2017 19:04

I am, but it's not a diet. I have to change my life or I'm going to be dead by the end of the year.

Not sure whether to do protein shakes for breakfast/lunch, then a 600 cal dinner, with an apple mid morning and mid afternoon for the first 2 weeks to get me 'in the zone'. The first couple weeks are always the hardest. Or just do 1300 cal per day.

Or maybe I'll just start using heroin. Never see a fat heroin addict do you Grin
only half joking sadly

Dollface7 · 26/03/2017 19:05

Anotheryellowbelly-whats you're eating plan?

OP posts:
Dollface7 · 26/03/2017 19:06

Gastric band hypnotherapy combined with weight watchers points. Can't decide whether to attend meetings though.

Dollface7 · 26/03/2017 19:09

Hi Balonder, I don't know that diet-does anyone else online know it?

OP posts:
Dollface7 · 26/03/2017 19:10
