Am doing WW and am struggling with work days - I start at 7:30 and don't get lunch till 1pm and I am on my knees with hunger
I eat a banana etc - it does NOTHING

I need snacks that aren't shit and loads of points and I can eat at my desk and are not smelly/annoying

Protein! Put some Greek yogurt with that banana. I also like popcorn, fruit teas, light babybels and nuts (a portion weighed out though).

Green tea is apparently a good appetite suppressant. I can't stand the stuff so just have fruit teas. They stop me reaching for the snacks.
