I'm meant to be on a diet for the next two weeks to reach my goal before a holiday. So WHY have I just eaten six chocolates?! What is wrong with me! Feel like I've just sabotaged everything. How do you stay on track after messing up?
You just get back up on the horse, really. It's not like you can undo it. Just put it behind you and start again.Maybe you are being too hard on yourself? I allow myself a small square of chocolate every night in the weekends, otherwise it's too hard.
