So, I'm about 3/4 stone overweight and a size 18-20. I'm 43. I'm unfit. I want to do something about this but I've been overweight all my adult life and I don't know how to start or what way to go about things.
I'm a fussy eater and I love carbs. I would like a diet that allows me some of the treats I love such as crisps (though I recognize I will have to decrease what I eat!) I'm addicted to Diet Coke. I don't want to do too much weighing of portions etc as I think I would find this tricky.
I don't know anything about WW, SW etc. Would either of these suit me? I am a complete diet novice - I have basically been a bit of a fat knacker for years and just lived with it, so now I don't have a clue where to start or what kind of diet to follow. Looking for any sort of advice really. Thanks
