I work at home and I've got into a very bad habit of snacking when I'm working, and then snacking yet more when I have a break. Nothing terrible, mainly nuts and things like bread sticks, but it all adds up and it's become almost like a crutch to help me get through my work.
Can anyone recommend any alternative strategies to get through my work without using food as a distraction/reward?
