I have a great plan now after my induction today. Ten mins on 4 cardiovascular machines then weights etc.
I just want to know is it ok to do ten mins cardio then a wee rest to get my breath back then the next then the next. Otherwise I don't think I can do forty mins solid burn. That's how unfit I am
