Hi all I've got a stone to lose and wanted to try shakes. I've done SlimmingWorld and lost 3 stone but have now pretty much stagnated. Has anyone else tried them and do you starve or do you feel ok? I've got holiday at Easter and would love to crack it so I can put it back on again Was going to do normal porridge with water/soya milk and banana for breakfast, slimming world lunch and then shake for dinner but don't want to starve!!
