I need snacks for the evening!

All day I eat healthily. Every day. Yet at around 8/9 pm I am suddenly ravenous and scouring the cupboards. It's a stressor every night. So it seems to me that I need to just go with it and put some lovely snack by to eat without guilt at those times but no more than 100/150 calories. Any ideas please? What do you all have?

Second sweet / salty popcorn.

Also aero mousses are about 93 calories

Muller lite yoghurt with fruit, crab sticks, hard boiled egg, baked crisps. All get me through the 9pm hunger pangs!

Popcorn here too, 51 calories a bag. You can also get Hartley's jelly, only 10 calories a pot. Lastly Soreen banana lunch box loaves, 94 calories but very filling.
