Why did I do this?

I am so fed up with myself. I need to lose a stone (not much I know but I am only 5.2") but I keep going through the same cycle. I manage to eat sensibly for 4 days in a row (i.e. mostly protein and greens), convince myself that I'm on the road to recovery and then binge like I have no control over my actions. Yesterday I had three pieces of cake (someone's birthday at work), a ham and cheese sandwich, a bowl of rice krispies, a bowl of cheerios and a bowl of pasta. Today I feel heavy, bloated, disgusted with myself and really fed up. My stomach bloats horribly when I eat wheat and yet that doesn't seem to stop me from bingeing!!! What is wrong with me!!!!

It's one bad day. Put it behind you.

If you're feeling the need to eat something have a small treat?

I used to have a stash of lovely things just for me so that I didn't feel like I was missing out.

Nothing wrong with you at all. Why not try a small treat daily like a small piece of chocolate or whatever. Then you dont feel like you need to go out and binge eat cus youve missed out. The other thing is get rid of all thhe junk food in your house, meal plan healthy lunches and dinners etc take pack up to work

Your post suggests you are denying yourself all the carbs you really want, and then overeat when you break.
If you truly need to cut out wheat, get some advice from a dietitian. If it's overeating wheat that causes the problem, cut it down but not out. It looks like making it forbidden for no real reason is back firing spectacularly.

You could input your meals and snacks for the day into mfp; then you know that food and snacks are on their way so you don't need to panic and over eat.

My tip is to clean your teeth as soon as you're finished with a meal

Definitely do mfp

You are seriously missing some carbs in your diet, I've been looking at Richie Howey of fb and I'm sure that's what he'd say.
He seems to talk a lot of sense.

You need to burn 3,500 cals a week to lose one pound of fat but you need to fuel your body properly to do so.
Protein and greens on their own are not enough to sustain you.

No wonder your body breaks out after four days of deprivation and eats every carb in sight.

Try to build some carb into your meal plan so you don't crash and burn.
If you think you might have a gluten sensitivity try making your carb sweet potato, rice, etc

If you get a Fitbit monitor you can actually see how many calories you burn. One with a heart rate is good.

Don't have a deficit of more than 500 cals a day.

Then you go onto macros. That's double Dutch to me.
