I have just over a stone to lose. I have spent the last 18 months trying everything. I joined slimming world three times and once online - I hated it and couldn't stick to it. I have tried low carb and it made me feel so ill. SlimFast - protein shake diet..... So - I have a Fitbit and mfp and I'm going to try:
Eating no more than 1500 calories a day
Walking 10,000 steps a day
Exercising 5 days a week - 2 gym - 2 class - 1 run (is what I'm thinking ATM)
It would be really nice to have some company doing this! I am in no rush to lose this weight - 1lb a week is absolutely fine for me.
