Ok, so I've put on a little bit of weight, mainly because I eat three puddings a day (one after every meal) I know it's bad. So this month I'm only allowed to eat my meals followed by either yog or fruit. No chocolate, no cake and no ice-cream. How will I do it Anyone else ever tried this? How did it work out for you and how much weight did you lose?
Drink a glass of water before the meal, have another during, then just keep drinking throughout the day. Just don't buy the puddings-if you can resist getting them from the shops, that's a major step already over. I quit eating chocolate and general rubbish 4 weeks ago and I've lost 20lbs so far (I must add, I'm only 17, so I think that helps!)
