I've never had a healthy relationship with food. Always ranged from chubby to overweight.I recently had a relationship breakdown and I lost about 2 stone unintentionally through lack of appetite.Obviously it's not the best way but I feel better.I still have another 2stone to lose but now I just have reverted back to my old comfort eating ways.It's shit and a habit I really need to break.I don't know how though. I've always found comfort in over eating
