3 stone weight gain!!

Good evening all!

I've just joined this group as I need some
Advice on my weight gain.

Jan 16 I weighed 11.4
Jan 17 I now weigh 13.13!!

I couldn't believe it when I stepped on the scales. I knew I had put in weight but practically 3 stone in a year is a bit outrageous isn't it?

Any advice on the best way to loose weight?

Aha, you mean Jan 2016 and Jan 2017... I was puzzling how you could have gained three stone in one day!
