Has anyone done the Paul McKenna I can make you thin 'system'. Since starting, I struggle to finish meals and am full after a few mouthfuls. I have about 2.5 stone to lose.

Anybody been successful in this? And how long did it take you to shift the lbs?

Or if anyone wants to join in..? :D

Hello, i tried his Virtual Gastric Band about 5 yrs ago a d lost around 8lbs really quickly bht then sort of 'fell off' and couldnt really get going again. Eating too quickly is a biggie for me - and something I need to work on. How is it going for you?

Hi Makingbacon. I'm sort of trying the plan myself. I'm putting my cutlery down between each mouthful and trying to chew at least 20 times, and stopping when I feel full. I have cut down my portion sizes.
However, I am still 'dieting.' I try to choose low fat/sugar when I can and am eating fruit instead of chocolate (A once a week treat now on Saturday instead of multiple daily.). I also eat breakfast (Cereal and soya milk.) before I get hungry as haven't got the time to wait.
I tried doing the first mirror exercise last night. I listen to the CD most nights.
How are you getting on? I'm not weighing myself for a month so don't know how I'm doing weight wise just yet.
Would be lovely to hear your experiances also. Smile

73Kitty, low fat isn't considered a good diet, now.

I appreciate that Imperial but I can't do low carbs high fat. I live off carbs! Seriously, I have some form of potatoes and/or bread daily.
Did you watch How To Lose Weight Well? (Channel 4 programme.) One of the people on there went on a low fat diet and lost over a stone.
