Hi I'm in the process of creating a digital product for busy mums who are looking to achieve a lifestyle change. The program is not a diet it, covers both nutrition and how you can change your lifestyle at your speed as well as an exercise element. It will be based on both text and videos to help you through each week and a weekly check in via a private facebook group. I'm a qualified instructor for exercise as well as a naturopathic nutritionist so can give a good overview of holistic remedies as well.
For those of you looking to make the change, would a digital product be of interest to you ?
What would you want help and support with most ?
What do you feel is holding you back from establishing a better routine ? Would you be looking for family friendly recipes ?
What do you think is lacking in your borg standard diets/regime out there ?
