I am using My Fitness Pal to get me back on track. I score quite well on lunch and dinner contents. However I have never done well on breakfast.
Please help with healthy breakfast ideas. I don't have a lot of time in the mornings so need to be quick.
Also I tend to snack on fruit when I'm being good so the sugar adds up. Is the only way to get a green score on breakfast to eat fruit?
