I am currently 11st 2lb and want to get down below 10st 7lb so not loads to lose. The problem is diet wise there isn't much left to cut out, I eat healthy most of the time. It's exercise that I need to do! I walk and cycle a fair bit but I definitely need to do a workout regime to tone up and loss a few extra pounds.
Problem is I hate hate hate cardio. I have lung problems and find it far too uncomfortable.
Can strength exercise alone help me tone and lose weight? If so what's best?
