I find it really hard to stick to counting calories for more than a day, i feel like I'm doing something wrong! i eat pretty low fat, does eating a bit more fat keep you full? Im also losing hair since going vegetarian & i can't stop binging on junk food every day almost! any tips ??? Im going to try sticking to 1200-1400 calories a day
