Hi, I have just bought a portion control plate off Amazon. I've read the reviews and a number of people have said it really helped them to lose weight. I have always been rubbish with portion sizes and am really hoping this will help me. Has anyone used a portion control plate and has it helped you lose weight? Thanks.
