i am 5 ft 6
weigh 11 stone 1 lb
want to lose approx 1 -2 lbs a week.
exercise 30 mins on x trainer approx 3-4 times per week plus a coule of walks
whats the calorie limit i need to lose weight?
Not sure but WW works on about 1,400 calories a day for a 1 - 2lb weight loss. I think 2,000 calories is maintenance, so anything less than that should producue weight loss.
why not try weightlossresources.com
They ahve a free trial for three days (or they used to) and can calculate all the calories you need and how many to eat to lose weight.
