Aw thanks guys 😘. Minirocky, have been exercising more than anything. Walking for an hour a day and doing half hour on an exercise bike daily too. Eating healthy, around 1200 calories a day. Has been hard but I've stuck at it. Good luck 😊 x

4 weeks, which is very quick but i didn't starve myself, just did loads of exercise

Wow, that's great. That's actually quite motivating, I keep losing and gaining the same few pounds and I'm feeling really low. I'd love to lose some weight before my holiday which is 7 weeks away. I keep worrying that now it's too late to make much difference and that I would need to starve myself which I'm not sure I could stick to. I'd be really grateful for any motivation and tips - you've done so well!
