Just that really. Is anyone wanting to loose weight with me?

I'm currently weighing in at 274lbs. Extremely overweight. I'm looking to loose 10lbs by the end of the month.

Dieting and working out daily. 10k steps too.

Does anyone want to join me in this journey?

Join us on another thread I started in September. 2 stone off by the end of the year. Most of us have lots of weight to lose. it's very cheery and everyone reports their success or failures. x

I'll join. Currently 15 stone 5 pounds. Need to lose 4. Would like to be 14 by Christmas.

Plan to low carb and move more.
