I have lost about 2 stone, still have another 3 to go to be ideal healthy weight.
I've always felt I have a slow metabolism and know I gain weight easily. I did a scan at the gym (it puts a current through your body and also measures BMI, muscle density etc). Scan announced that I have the metabolism of a 52 year old. I'm 35!
So, after 6 weeks of regular workouts I hopped onto the scanner, only to find that my metabolic age is...still 52. Please please tell me how to boost my metabolism!
